Shipping & Returns


All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders will be shipped out in 1-3 days.
Each order receives a tracking number which will be emailed to you upon your order being dispatched. The input of your email and phone number during the checkout process is required to send your tracking number and tracking updates.
Please note all prices on this website are in ‘AUD’.

Australian ORDERS (we only deliver within Australia)

Express Shipping (no signature) – $9.95 flat rate

We know everyone wants their gear FAST so we do our best to make that happen. This service does mean that there will be no signature required and the courier will be given Authority To Leave the parcel at your address.

Regular Shipping (signature required) – $9.95 flat rate

This service provides for those who live in areas that would make Authority To Leave unsuitable or you would just like Signature On Delivery for peace of mind.  Some rural areas might take up to 7 days or more if you live in outback Australia.

Do you need to return something? No problem! 

Let us know within 21 days and please ensure your items are of original condition.
To process your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the tags still attached to the item.

Important things to know about returns & exchanges:

  • You can return any item for a store credit or exchange within 21 days of receiving your original order. 
  • Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and proof of purchase.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Limited Edition items are not suitable for exchanges. Store credits can be offered only.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
    We try to accept all returns, however returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging, BUT original tags must still be in place.
    In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our store, so please make sure it’s packed correctly and it can’t get damaged on the way. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • Timeframe: Once we receive your return item into our store it usually takes up to 3 – 5 business days to process, once processed we then ship out the exchange (timeframe on shipping depends on your location)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Postage will be incurred on exchange items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We always recommend using a trackable postal service when returning items to us, in case of the unlikely event we do not receive it.

Before returning your items, please ensure you are aware of our terms and conditions.

All returns must be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and hygiene seals intact (if applicable).

Any goods or garments that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return and will be returned to the customer, in accordance with our site policy and Australian Consumer Law.
